Hollow Lake Privacy Policy

How Wick Creative Ltd. handles your information in the Hollow Lake text game.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, so we can run your game and reply to you.
• The messages you send and receive in the game.
• Your game progress, the name you choose, and your time zone, so the lake runs on your clock.

The public leaderboard

The biggest catches of each species are shown on our website with the name you chose in the game, never your phone number. Text LEADERBOARD OFF to keep your catches off it, and LEADERBOARD ON to show them again.

How we use it

Only to run the game: replying to your commands, sending alerts about your own game, and connecting you with friends who joined using your invite code.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers that deliver messages and host the game, solely to operate it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your game data while you play. Text STOP to stop all messages. To delete your data, email scott@wickcreative.com from or about the number you played with.
